Panettone is an Italian bread originating in Milan that is prepared for celebrations during Christmas and through the New Year.  Making panettone takes skill and our bakers love the craft of producing it. It’s a  3–day process to create its pillowy texture.  At Tatte, we fill ours with housemade candied orange peel, toasted almonds, and Valhrona dark chocolate and top it with craquelin and a sprinkling of pearl sugar. Enjoy it with a cup of tea or  use it for French toast for a real treat. It also makes a great holiday gift!
