We ship our products anywhere in the United States through UPS. Unfortunately, there are some factors we cannot control, such as the conditions in which our products are stored once they leave our bakery and delays caused by unforeseen factors or inclement weather.
We will ship your order on the next baking day to ensure maximum freshness. Large orders and corporate gifts may take two to four additional days to fulfill.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you have received, please email us within 24 hours at contact@TatteBakery.com. Please return any unused and undamaged goods within seven days of purchase for an exchange or full refund. It is your responsibility to ensure that goods are returned to us safely and at your expense.
